A legal disclaimer
At Tallulah Farm, all of our baked goods and specialty foods are made fresh to order. Because of this, we operate on a structured pickup and delivery schedule with strict cutoff times. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Placing an order through our online store constitutes agreement to this policy.
Made-to-Order Timeline
All Tallulah Farm products require 8–36 hours of preparation time, depending on the item.
Because of this, orders placed after the stated cutoff times will NOT be eligible for that week’s pickup or delivery window, regardless of checkout selection.
Orders placed late will automatically roll over to the next available pickup or delivery date, if applicable.
Delivery Policy (To Your Door)

Delivery Day: Wednesdays only

Delivery Fee: $10

Order Cutoff: Monday at 12:00 PM (noon)
Important Notes:

Orders must be placed AND fully completed by Monday at 12:00 PM to qualify for delivery that same week.

Orders placed after the cutoff will not be delivered that week.

Delivery is available only on Wednesdays and only within our designated delivery area.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has entered production.

Pickup times will be provided at checkout or via confirmation.

Orders not picked up during the designated window may be forfeited without refund.

Tallulah Farm is not responsible for orders left unclaimed after the pickup window closes.
Late Orders & Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Select the correct pickup or delivery option at checkout

Place orders before cutoff times

Review confirmation details carefully
Tallulah Farm is not liable for:

Orders placed after cutoff times

Incorrect pickup or delivery selections made during checkout

Expectations of same-week service when orders are placed late
No exceptions can be made once an order has entered production.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Because our products are made fresh:

Refunds are not issued for missed pickup windows or late orders
