Make your next event unforgettable with Tallulah's Sweet Spot. Our charming ice cream trailer that brings homemade happiness wherever it goes! Perfect for weddings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, school events, and festivals. We serve up our crowd-favorite flavors, sundaes, and shakes...all made with love from Tallulah Farm and Chaney's Dairy Barn, our locally sourced, Kentucky Proud ice cream supplier. Pricing Details: $250 includes: - Trailer for 2 hours - 40 people or less severed 1 or 2 scoops in a cup or cone, milkshake, or sundae. *Additional people will be $6 each. *Additional hours will be $50 each. *Additional charges may apply with travel miles over 50. To ensure everything is perfectly prepared for your big day, please try to schedule your event at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We're so excited to be part of your special event! To help us make sure everything runs smoothly (and tastes amazing), please take a moment to read through our booking policy. Booking Deposit: A $250 minimum payment is due at the time of booking to hold your date. This amount goes toward your total and helps us start prepping all the homemade goodness for your event. Additional Charges: If any extra charges apply, those can be paid on the day of your event by cash, check, or card - whatever's easiest for you. Cancellations & Refunds We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your event day. You'll receive a full refund, though it may take up to two weeks to process. Acknowledgment: By booking your event and paying the minimum deposit, you're letting is know you've read and agree to these terms - and we can't wait to serve you!
